Full wording of the charges
The case was based on the 2022 social media posts made by Vesna movement. The charges of "fakes" about the army were imputed in connection with the publication of reports on the number of Russian servicemen casualties, as well as on the events in Bucha and other settlements of the Kiev region. The charges of calls for activities against the security of the Russian Federation were imputed in connection with Vesna's call for servicemen to refuse to participate in hostilities or surrender which was circulated in September 2022. Afterwards the movement disavowed this call in November of the same year. The charges of the dissemination of disrespectful information about the days of military glory were imputed in connection with social media posts made in Telegram and VKontakte that criticised state-approved ways of celebrating Victory Day. The charges of participation in an organisation infringing on the safety and rights of citizens were imputed in connection with calling for mass protests. The charges of inducement to organise mass riots were imputed in connection with a post proposing to use violence against law enforcement officers, following the example of Euromaidan.

Full summary
Resident of Tver. Detained on 6 June 2023 and brought to Moscow. As part of the case against the anti-war movement "Viasna", accused of creating an extremist community, dissemination by a group of persons of disrespectful information about the days of military glory, public calls for actions against the security of the state, committed by an organised group, dissemination of deliberately false information about the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation by a group of persons with a hate motive, and creation of a non-profit organisation infringing on the personality and rights of citizens (this charge was later excluded by the court due to the expiration of the statute of limitations). On 8 June he was taken into custody. In July, Ksenzhepolski said that law enforcers tried to recruit him in the pre-trial detention centre. In October, it was reported that he had not received food and clothing parcels for weeks. In January 2024, Ksenzhepolski's support group reported that he had not received some of the parcels sent to him in the pre-trial detention centre. On 8 April 2026, Ksenzhepolski was sentenced to 11 years in a general regime colony.
