According to the investigation, between October 1 and October 31, 2022, while in a detention center, he deliberately aimed to influence fellow inmates by promoting the ideology and practices of terrorism. Allegedly, during a conversation that began with the words, "The Azov people are right to kill and torture prisoners of war..." and in the presence of at least five convicts, he publicly expressed and disseminated information supporting the actions and ideology of the terrorist organization Azov. From December 1 to December 31, 2022, while in a different unit of the correctional facility, he allegedly repeated the same behavior, again publicly promoting the actions and views of Azov during conversations. Additionally, between May 1 and May 31, 2022, harboring a negative attitude toward the Russian Federation and its government policies, allegedly motivated by political hatred, he conspired with another individual, M., to publicly disseminate false information about the actions of the Russian Armed Forces. The investigation claims that he agreed to download anti-Russian videos using a mobile device and share them with other convicts under the guise of reliable reports. He reportedly succeeded in downloading and showing two such videos to his fellow inmates in the penal colony.
