10.03.2022, by the decision of the Ramenskiy City Court of the Moscow region, Gerasimenko B.B. was brought to administrative responsibility under article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation in connection with participation in the activities of an international non-governmental organisation on the territory of the Russian Federation, in respect to which a decision was taken to declare its activities undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation - the International Christian Movement "New Generation", which was expressed in the fact that on 02.12.2021 at 17:35 hours B.B. Gerasimenko, being at the address: Moscow region. According to the investigation, despite this, stored and thereby distributed on the personal pages of users used personally by Gerasimenko with the pseudonyms "Boris" (e-mail address: <danii yatty>), "Novorossiysk" (<danii yatty>), "Boris Gerasimenko" (<danii yatty>), which are openly accessible to an indefinite number of persons among the users of the social network "YouTube" and "VKontakte", information materials, published by the foreign non-governmental organisation Spiritual Administration of Evangelical Christians of the Ukrainian Christian Church "New Generation" (Ukraine), "Evangelisko kristiesu baznica "Jauna Paaudze" (Evangelical Christian Church "New Generation") (Republic of Latvia), International Christian Movement "New Generation" (Republic of Latvia).
