A resident of Yelabuga (Tatarstan). According to the publication "Arguments and Facts - Kazan", an employee of one of the industrial enterprises where drones are assembled. In December 2023, he was detained after returning from Moscow. Supposedly, Gilmanov was placed in custody. He was prosecuted for publicly justifying terrorism because of his statements about missile strikes (apparently referring to AFU strikes on Russian territory; possibly specifically against businesses in Yelabuga) and the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. Later, he was also accused of calling for extremism and spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces. In December 2025, the case went to court.
