Case summary
Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. A case was launched against him for public justification of terrorism, spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces and incitement to hatred. On 17 May 2024, he was sentenced to ten years in absentia. In December 2025, the prosecutor's office reported that he was given a new sentence - on the case of calls to terrorism and incitement to hatred, and the total sentence was 18 years in absentia.
