Case summary
On 13 February 2018, she was detained after a search in a case of hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy. She pleaded guilty. On 15 February, Gorban was released on her own recognisance. On 18 January 2021, she was sentenced to four years' suspended sentence. On 21 April 2022, the court of cassation reduced the sentence by three months.
