Case summary
Resident of Altai Krai. In February 2026, a Telegram channel associated with law enforcement “Operativnye svodki” reported that a case of justification of terrorism had been opened against him because of his statements in support of “Atesh”, a guerrilla movement created in September 2022 by Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars.
“Operativnye svodki” published a video in which Gorelov says he supports Ukraine.
