Case summary
A resident of Tula. A case was initiated against him for calls to extremism and terrorism because of his posts on social networks. On 7 November 2023, he was sentenced to a fine of 400 thousand rubles.
In July 2020, Grishin was fined a thousand rubles under the administrative article on distribution of extremist materials (Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offences). The reason for this was Alexei Navalny's video "Let's Remind Crooks and Thieves of their Manifesto-2002", published on his VKontakte page
