A resident of Tula. A case was initiated against him for calls to extremism and terrorism because of his posts on social networks. On 7 November 2023, he was sentenced to a fine of 400 thousand rubles.

In July 2020, Grishin was fined a thousand rubles under the administrative article on distribution of extremist materials (Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offences).
