According to the investigation, he joined an armed group of people that guarded the territory of a military unit, including a weapons depot, maintained order in the vicinity of the village of Staraya Zburyovka, provided assistance to Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups, and to retreating Ukrainian soldiers.
