Case summary
A resident of Primorsky Krai. On 5 August 2024 he was detained in a case of calls for activities against the security of the Russian state because of a comment he left on social media in which law enforcers saw a call to join the Russian Volunteer Corps. The day after his detention Guseinov was taken into custody.
On 13 November 2025 the court sentenced him to three years and three months in a general regime penal colony. The press service of the court noted that Guseinov adheres to an anti-war stance.
