According to the prosecution, Khadzhiev posted a comment on Telegram calling for assistance to Ukraine in activities against the security of the Russian Federation, as well as six videos containing public calls for terrorist activities and justification of the activities of Dzhokhar Dudayev, Aslan Maskhadov, Shamil Basayev and other supporters of the independence of the Chechen Republic.

Full summary
A labourer who had been living in Moscow since 2020, he worked on construction sites and as a loader in a supermarket. A case was opened against him for calls to terrorism and activities against the security of the state because of a comment calling for help to Ukraine and six videos in which law enforcers saw calls to terrorism and its justification.
On 8 December 2025, the court sentenced Khadzhiyev to three and a half years in a general regime colony.
