Case summary
A labourer who had been living in Moscow since 2020, he worked on construction sites and as a loader in a supermarket. A case was opened against him for calls to terrorism and activities against the security of the state because of a comment calling for help to Ukraine and six videos in which law enforcers saw calls to terrorism and its justification.
On 8 December 2025, the court sentenced Khadzhiyev to three and a half years in a general regime colony.
