Case summary

Harlamov is a resident of Syktyvkar. On 2 March 2021 he was searched at his home, the next day he was placed under house arrest on charges of organizing activities of an extremist organisation. On 27 April 2021, the pre-trial restriction was reduced to a ban on certain actions. On 9 June 2022, the court returned the case to the prosecutor's office. On 17 January 2023, the case was retried by the Syktyvkar City Court.

On 22 December 2025, the court sentenced Harlamov to a fine of 500,000 rubles.
