Case summary

Resident of Tyumen. In September 2024, a search took place at his home. He was detained as part of a case on dissemination of deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces, public justification of terrorism and calls to extremism. According to him, even before the search, his friends and subscribers wrote to him with a request to inform about his whereabouts, promising a reward. After the interrogation, Khokhlov was released on his own recognisance. He left Russia.
