Case summary
Resident of Novosibirsk, formerly an engineer of the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network. On 26 March 2025, a court issued three 10-day administrative arrest decisions against him under the administrative article on incitement to hatred (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of his publications about Putin and Russians and the comment "Glory to Heroes". Apparently, after serving his arrest, he was taken into custody in a high treason case on charges of transferring money for the needs of the AFU. On 18 December 2025, Khomenko was sentenced to 13 years in a strict regime colony.
