According to the investigation, "having a negative attitude towards the SVO and the actions of the Russian authorities", on the night of 1 January 2023 he pasted leaflets at bus stops in the Pechatniki district of Moscow, wishing "to encourage an unlimited number of persons in the Moscow region, in particular in the Pechatniki district, to carry out terrorist activities". The leaflets featured a QR code leading to a Telegram channel with information about joining the Russian Volunteer Corps (RVC).
