expressing a negative attitude towards Russians, wishing to justify terrorist activities against them ... in the presence of several people expressed support and a positive assessment of the actions committed in December 2013 in Volgograd, related to the explosions of the railway station and a trolleybus, containing signs of a terrorist act; in addition, wishing to incite hatred and enmity towards Russians, expressed in a crude obscene form phrases about the need to use violence against them, which contained insulting and degrading har harassing and humiliating remarks.

Full summary
The case against Anton Izokaitis was initiated after, on 1 January 2014, in the cell for administrative detainees, where he was placed for petty hooliganism, he "expressed support and positive assessment" of the terrorist attacks in Volgograd that took place in December 2013 and "phrases about the need to use" violence against Russians. Izokaitis was charged with justifying terrorism, inciting hatred on ethnic grounds and calling for extremist activity. On 1 April 2015, Izokaitis was sentenced to two and a half years' imprisonment in a penal colony; the charge of calling for extremist activity was dropped. On 30 June 2015, the court of appeal reduced the sentence to two years
