Case summary

A resident of Blagoveshchensk. Several cases of vandalism were brought against him because he left "images of prohibited symbols and inscriptions discrediting the actions of the Russian Armed Forces" on buildings. He was also charged with several administrative cases and arrested for 28 days and fined 300,000 rubles. The Interior Ministry circulated a video in which a man with a blurred face says that he applied the inscriptions and regrets having applied the banned symbols. On 16 August 2022, Kambolin was sentenced to 10 months of restricted freedom.
