Case summary
On February 15, 2019 he was detained after a home search regarding a case of activities of an extremist organization. He reported torture and was placed under house arrest. In May a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions was elected. On November 15, 2021 the preventive measure was changed to a recognizance not to leave. On December 5, 2023 he was sentenced to six years and ten months of suspended sentence.
