Case summary

A resident of St. Petersburg. A criminal case was opened against him for public justification of terrorism because of wishing a violent death to Putin. First, Kiselev was in custody, then he was elected a measure of restraint in the form of a ban on certain actions. On 15 March 2024, he was sentenced to a fine of 600 thousand rubles, but the amount was reduced to 400 thousand taking into account the time spent in custody.
