Case summary
A resident of Cheboksary. He was accused of vandalism because of the distraction of a metal structure in the shape of the letter Z and firing a slingshot at the door of the State Archive, which had a sticker in the shape of the letter Z on it. The Cheboksary resident was searched, during which law enforcers found metal balls for the slingshot and shoes whose sole pattern matched the footprints left in the snow in the park. Knyazev was sentenced to eight months of corrective labour.
