Case summary
Resident of Moscow, student. In October 2025, he was detained, his home was searched, and he was arrested for 15 days under the administrative article on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences). Then he was detained again under the criminal article on calls to terrorism. The reason was an emotional aggressive post with the words "UKRAINE LET'S FUCK ALL OF THEM DOWN". The student was sent under house arrest.
