having conspired with Anastasia Kravchuk, a member of the Legislative Assembly of Karelia, through deceit and abuse of trust of officials of the Petrozavodsk City Hall, acquired the right to the non-residential building that housed the municipal institution Petropit, became the founder of Firm Yadviga LLC, which in 2011 acquired the building of the former school catering centre on Kalinina Street from Petropit, which was undergoing bankruptcy proceedings, on a long-term (49-year) lease; the premises of Petropita were leased by Kornilova's firm in order to underestimate the value of the building and cut off other bidders for its purchase.

Full summary
On April 24, 2014, a search was conducted in Alexandra Kornilova’s apartment and in the office of the Lentorg trading house, of which she was the director, in a case of fraud in connection with the sale of the building of the Petrozavodsk school nutrition plant; On March 25, 2015, Kornilova was detained and placed in a pre-trial detention center; April 6 transferred to house arrest; On July 27, she was released on bail of two million rubles.
On August 25, 2017, she was sentenced to three and a half years probation and a fine of 500 thousand rubles
