Case summary
Detained on 3 November 2017 while trying to leave Volgograd for Moscow by minibus. The next day, he was arrested for seven days under the administrative article on petty hooliganism. The report stated that he had been harassing passers-by at night and swearing. After leaving the special reception centre he was again detained and arrested for five days under the same article. On 7 December he was taken into custody on charges of preparation for participation in mass riots.
On 5 April 2019, sentenced to three years in a general regime colony.
