Case summary
Detained on 3 November 2017 while trying to leave Volgograd for Moscow by minibus. The next day he was arrested for seven days under an administrative article on petty hooliganism - the report claimed that he had been harassing passers-by at night and swearing. On 7 December he was charged with preparation for participation in mass riots. Admitted guilt. Signed a covenant not to leave.
5 April 2019 sentenced to two years in a general regime colony. Taken into custody in the courtroom.
