Case summary
Ukrainian serviceman. Presumably captured no later than May 2022. A case was opened against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation and undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities due to his alleged involvement in the Azov Brigade. In June 2025, the case went to court. On 2 October 2025, Kostiuchenko was sentenced to 18 years in a strict regime colony.
