According to the investigation, on the 9th of July 2023, while at home, she «published a comment in a public Telegram channel under a post about the upcoming raids on the Russian territory by the Ukrainian paramilitary association Freedom of Russia Legion, recognised as a terrorist organisation by the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, which began with the abbreviation "LSR ..." and ended with the word "... bow*". *i.e. gratitude/reverence

Resident of Vologda. A case of public justification of terrorism was brought against her because of a post approving the activity of the Freedom of Russia Legion. Kozlova was placed under house arrest. On the 10th of June 2024, she was sentenced to a fine of four hundred thousand rubles, but the amount was reduced to three hundred thousand after taking into account the time she already spent under house arrest.
