According to the court, on May 19, 2023, she, as an opponent of the special military operation conducted by the Russian Federation, posted a comment under a video clip in an internet messenger group for a member of the 'Azov' regiment, which is recognized as a terrorist organization by a decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. The comment justified and expressed support for the actions of the said terrorist organization, thereby committing an act of public justification of terrorism.

Full summary
A resident of Gelendzhik. On July 14, 2025, a court sentenced her to a fine of 350,000 rubles in a case of justifying terrorism online because of a comment in support of the unit, which she posted in May 2023 in a group of a serviceman of the Ukrainian "Azov" regiment.
The regional prosecutor's office called Krasovskaya an opponent of the war in Ukraine. In 2024, she was fined seven times under protocols for discrediting the army due to anti-war comments.
