Case summary
The "Ostorozhno, novosti" (Beware of the News) Telegram channel claims that Krivoshlyk lived in Kharkiv Region, ran a business and was a deputy of the Tokarevsk village council. A case of state treason was opened against him: according to the investigation, on the instructions of foreign intelligence he collected information on the movement of military equipment and Russian military personnel on the territory of Belgorod region and passed the information to the SBU. On 3 August 2023, Krivoshlyk was sentenced to 12 and a half years in a strict-regime penal colony.
