Case summary
In July 2021, a case was opened against Kuzo and she was charged with financing extremist activities. She was released on her own recognizance. On February 27th, 2023, she was sentenced to a three-year suspended sentence. On March 22nd, the court of appeal cancelled the sentence and returned the case to the trial court.
