Full summary
On December 10, 2019, he was detained in Voronezh on charges of threatening a judge and was convoyed to Moscow. On December 12, at the request of the investigator, the court ordered to send Kvasov to a psychiatric examination. Kvasov was released on his own recognizance not to leave the country.
