Case summary

On December 10, 2019, he was detained in Voronezh on charges of threatening a judge and was convoyed to Moscow. On December 12, at the request of the investigator, the court ordered to send Kvasov to a psychiatric examination. Kvasov was released on his own recognizance not to leave the country. On December 19, he was placed in the Serbsky Centre.

On March 5, 2020, he was sentenced to a fine of 270 thousand rubles.
