Case summary
Detained on 12 November 2019 on charges of threatening a judge. He pleaded guilty, testified against Yevgeniy Erzunov, who, according to him, is the author of the threatening comment, which Polovets reposted. On 13 November he was released on his own recognisance not to leave.
On 24 December the Investigative Committee stopped the prosecution of Polovets.
