Case summary
A resident of Abakan. A case was opened against her for participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation and calls to terrorism due to the fact that at the age of 17 she sent information about the shooting at the Columbine school in the United States to a Telegram chat room. The investigation deemed her a member of the defunct Columbine terrorist organisation. On 19 December 2024, Kühne was sentenced to five and a half years in a general regime colony. On 14 January 2026, the cassation court upheld the sentence, despite the fact that the Ombudsman had requested that the verdict be overturned.
