Case summary
On 13 April 2021, Labadze's home was searched. He was detained after interrogation in a case on the activities of an extremist organisation. On 15 April the court decided to place him under house arrest, in July released him on personal recognisance. On 20 November 2023 he was sentenced to six and a half years suspended sentence.
