Full wording of the charges
The reason for the case was the transfer of 10 dollars on 24 February 2024, according to Laletina herself, to a certain Ukrainian fund. Later, the case included the transfer of $20 in April 2022. According to the investigation, the transfer was made to payment details in the interests of the AFU for the purchase of kamikaze drones, ammunition and military equipment for the purpose of their use against the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The NIA-Tomsk report without any comments included a screenshot of some correspondence in which one of the interlocutors suggested to the other that he thought the money had been transferred for a humanitarian fund to help children in Donbass.

Full summary
Artist, born in Kamchatka, lived in Tomsk. On 26 February 2024, she was detained. The reason was 10 dollars, which, according to her own words, she transferred to a certain Ukrainian fund. On 28 February, Laletina was arrested for 14 days under the administrative article on disorderly conduct (Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code). Apparently, no later than the end of the administrative arrest, she was taken into custody on charges of high treason. After the law enforcers uncovered Laletina's correspondence with a friend living in Dnipro, another transfer made in April 2022 became part of the case. On 17 April, the FSB issued a press release about the detention of two people for "providing financial assistance to a foreign state in activities against the security of the Russian Federation": it was about Laletina and a certain young man. On 28 June 2024, the artist was sentenced to nine years in a general regime colony.
