According to the investigators' version, on 16 September 2023, together with Artemy Doronin, he intended to set fire to a locomotive at the Lakhta station in St. Petersburg on the instructions of "a curator actively supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine", but, failing to find it, "threw a bottle with burning liquid into the railway relay cabinet", thereby causing property damage for 758 rubles 18 kopecks
