Egor Lediakin

A street artist performing under the pseudonym Leonid Cherny. He was detained on 18 March 2022, allegedly for sticking stickers. During the detention Ledyakin was found in possession of stickers with the inscriptions "GruZ 200" and "P\*Z\*\*\*Ts". The formal reason for the case is unknown. Initially, Ledyakin was charged with vandalism, but later it became known that the charge was reclassified to hooliganism motivated by political hatred. During the investigation, the artist was twice sent to hospital for psychiatric examination. Police interrogators suspected that he could make anti-war inscriptions and stickers because of some kind of mental disorder. The first examination did not deduce any thought disorder in Black. In the end, the charge was again reclassified to vandalism, but committed on the grounds of political hatred or enmity. In June, the court fined Vechernye Vedomosti 150,000 rubles for mentioning Leonid Chyorny's anti-war stickers under the administrative article on discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code). During the debate, the prosecutor asked to exclude the anti-war inscriptions from the charges and leave only graffiti with insults to the President. On 3 April 2023 Ledyakin was sentenced to six months of restricted freedom.
