Case summary
Resident of Perm. No later than May 2022, a case of calls to extremism was opened against him because of a comment on 27 February 2022 wishing that "the Russian people would rise up against the authorities". The investigation re-examined the text and found in it also "signs of incitement to commit violent acts, rebellion and unification against Vladimir Putin", after which a case of justification of terrorism was also initiated. In May 2025, it became known that Legotkin was put on a wanted list.
