According to the investigation, he "organised the work of a network of 'correspondents' who sent him information containing calls for terrorist activities and violence against servicemen and representatives of the Russian government on the territory of Zaporizhzhya region, which he posted in the Telegram channel"; used "the Telegram channel for anti-Russian and pro-Ukrainian propaganda, as well as for transmitting to representatives of the Ukrainian intelligence services information about the deployment of units of the Russian Armed Forces on the territory of Zaporizhzhya region", collected and transmitted to Ukrainian intelligence "data on the locations of military units of the Russian Armed Forces, which were subsequently prepared for a missile and bomb attack by the AFU".

Journalist, administrator of the RIA Melitopol Telegram channel. On 20 August 2023, he was taken into custody, allegedly on charges of espionage and public justification of terrorism. Later it became known that he was charged with high treason and calls for extremism. On 2 September 2025, Levchenko was sentenced to 16 years in a strict regime colony.
