According to the investigation, "at around 19:00 on 24 August 2021, <...> posted a video on his page in the social network with the caption "19 September - ELECTIONS! What to do????", beginning with the words "Gentlemen...", ending with the words "...morality", accompanying it with a comment with pictograms showing support and solidarity for the content of the video. The video contained public calls for aggressive, hostile or violent actions to disrupt the elections. At about 5 o'clock on 23 September 2022, he posted a material with the text beginning with the words "Ok, Russians...", ending with the words "...so thought" with a video recording on a freeze frame of the speech of the President of the Russian Federation, accompanying it with his text commentary showing support for the content of the material. The material contained public calls to commit an offence under Article 277 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. At around 8 o'clock on 13 November 2022 and 1 o'clock on 3 January 2024, acting with a single intent, he also posted a text representing an image of a rat on the background of the Star of David with a commentary inscription. From the point of view of the linguistic and psychological qualification of the statements, this material contained public calls to carry out extremist activity — incitement to carry out aggressive, hostile or violent actions towards representatives of Jewish nationality".
