Case summary

Detained on 4 November 2018. Accused of justifying terrorism in connection with a publication in the Prometheus Telegram channel. Lukichyov's support group claims that he was subjected to torture and pressure from the FSB officers, who beat him and did not let him sleep for 36 hours, during which there was continuous interrogation. On 6 November, the court decided to take him into custody. On 14 March 2019, Lukichev was sentenced to a fine of 300 thousand rubles and released in the courtroom.
