The reason for the case was two comments in the Telegram channel of the project "I want to live": 26 June 2023 - "Ukrainians! It is possible to come to Ukraine Get a Ukrainian passport Join the Ukrainian armed forces Kill these freaks as much as you can. Give my passport to my son to live in a normal country." and 27 June 2024 - "Great plan! I'm running to sign the contract and write in the chat bot) . If only Ukrainian passport would be given even more I would have taken out more loans, moved my family and enlisted in Azov. It would be perfect" under the post urging Russians to surrender after signing a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defence.
