In the court's opinion, on 12 September 2022 Magomaev, while at his place of residence in Makhachkala, posted a freely available comment on a news report about Russian police officers, in which he called for the use of violence against representatives of the authorities - police officers. On 19 February 2024, the defendant posted a freely accessible comment on a news report about the devastating consequences of missile attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the city of Belgorod, in which he justified terrorism. On 28 March 2024, Magomaev also posted a freely accessible comment to a news report about the participation of 14 natives and residents of Dagestan in combat operations against the Russian Federation as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in which he approved of the activities of these individuals.

Full summary
A resident of Makhachkala. He was prosecuted for justification of terrorism and calls to extremism. The first charge was related to his comment in support of the residents of Dagestan, who are fighting against Russia on the side of Ukraine, and the comment under the post about the consequences of the AFU missile attacks on Belgorod. Magomayev was charged with the second article because of a comment in which law enforcers saw a call for violence against police officers.
On 9 April 2026, the court sentenced Magomayev to six years in a general regime colony.
