Case summary

On 13 June 2018 at 10 a.m., the FSS came to search the house of Crimean Tatars in Yalta (Outka settlement). After that, Mammadova was detained. After the search, she was taken first to the city department of the FSS, and from there to the city department of the investigative agency. Then, after interrogation, she was released on her own recognisance. In September 2018, it became known that the investigation demanded DNA, saliva and voice samples from Mamedova. Mamedova refused to provide them. In January 2019, it became known that the investigator terminated the case due to the absence of corpus delicti.
