Case summary
He was detained on 17 March 2010 and placed in custody on charges of participating in the arson attack on the building of the Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for South-West District of Moscow on 20 December 2009 in the event "Happy Chekist's Day, bastards!" for the Day of State Security Workers. According to the investigation, Markhai threw a Molotov cocktail through the window.
