Case summary

Ukrainian military serviceman, driver-paramedic. Presumably, after capture he was kept in a specially created camp for prisoners of war in a penal colony in the village of Udarnyi in Mordovia. After being released from the camp, former prisoners told journalists about the cruel systematic torture to which the Ukrainians were subjected. A case was opened against Martiyan for participation in the activities of a terrorist community due to his involvement in the activities of the Azov Battalion. On 2 October 2025 he was sentenced, the details are unknown.
