According to investigators, he knocked down an installation in the form of the letter Z, after which he tried to set a banner in favour of the war on fire on the building of the House of Culture. This appeared to be impossible, and then Martsenko tore the banner.

Full summary
A resident of Mozhaysk. In 2022 Martsenko was detained on the charge of vandalism, because he toppled the installation in shape of letter Z and tried to set it on fire. Later he also tore up the pro-war banner. On 13 December 2022 Martsenko was sentenced to eight months of restrictions of freedom.
