According to the investigation, on 24 February 2022, while in Murmansk, he made a transfer of 300 rubles from his bank account to a Ukrainian PrivatBank bank card used to raise funds for the Azov battalion. On 22 August 2023, using the cryptocurrency service "BitBits" (a service that allows you to convert money from a Russian account into cryptocurrency and send it to someone else), he transferred 1,000 rubles to an electronic wallet used to raise funds for RDK. From 1 December 2024 to 10 February 2025, while living in the village of Pargolovo in St. Petersburg, he entered into correspondence in Telegram chat with the owner of the account "Zhenya" (@Jekich Work), who, according to the investigation, was a representative of the special services of Ukraine. On the assignment of "Zhenya" Mayer went to Kronstadt on 10 February 2025, where from 12:41 to 13:05 he took nine photos with his smartphone of "the locations of units of the Leningrad naval base of the Baltic Fleet, its infrastructure and places where ships and vessels are parked", which he then sent to "Zhenya". As a reward for these actions, 196.74 USDT, or 16,962.92 rubles at the exchange rate at the time, was transferred to Mayer's cryptocurrency wallet on 12 March. This was qualified by the court as espionage - "transfer to the enemy of information that can be used against the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies of the Russian Federation, committed in the conditions of other actions with the use of weapons and military equipment with the participation of the Russian Federation". On 19 January 2024, under a post in the Telegram channel "White Powder" about military actions, RDK left a comment ""Our boys (two emoji symbols demonstrating success, confidence, strength)", containing psychological and linguistic signs of justification of terrorism".
