Case summary
The resident of Cheliabinsk. In January 2024, he was detained on charges of calling for terrorism and taken to Moscow, where he was taken into custody. The reason was publications about military recruiting offices and the creation of a separate state in the Novgorod region, which were published in a chat room that Mikheev administered. The defence argues that the reposts occurred automatically. Mikheev was sentenced on 23 April 2025, details unknown.
