Case summary

Mihov is a resident of the Arkhangelsk region. Until 2021, he worked as a design engineer at "HS Morskoe proektirovanie" ("HC Marine Design"), and before that he was an employee of "Sevmash", a state-owned enterprise of the "Ob'edinennaya sudostroitelnaya korporatsiya" ("United Shipbuilding Corporation").

On 5 January 2026, TASS reported that Mihov had been detained in a terrorism justification case over a comment left in a June 2025 Telegram chat room about Operation "Pautina" ("Spider Web"), in which Ukrainian drones attacked Russian military airfields. Its content is unknown.
