Case summary

A resident of St Petersburg. He was prosecuted for public justification of terrorism because of a comment in which he bluntly approved the shelling of Belgorod on 30 December 2023 - one of the most brutal strikes of the AFU on the territory of the Russian Federation, which killed at least 25 people. A measure of restriction in the form of a ban on certain actions was chosen for Minasyan.
